additional rules

1-Don't open the windows and doors with the air or heat running . 

2-Don't put any bits of food down the sinks in the kitchen it on the first floor or the kitchen on the second floor Neither has a garbage disposal .. the first floor sink is a 1920's French hand wash sink .

3- no loud parties!

4- be respectful of the neighbors on both sides of the house ... keep quiet after midnight .

5- treat the house as if it was your Prize possession ! I've chosen to furnish the house as if I lived there and every thing has a story ... lots of vintage ! So handle with care .

Security

Must be able to climb stairs. Home is two floors and if booking the Ginger Lily or Josephine's Apartment, there is a flight of stairs. There are four stairs to get to the porch for the first floor.

Cancellations & Refunds

Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.
